THE MU AYE PU PROJECT

Mu Aye Pu is situated in Karen State, a province in Myanmar, the Karen are in an armed conflict<\/u><\/a> for almost 70 years, described as the longest civil war of the world. Years ago Nigel Grier got involved to develop local economic growth. The only thing that has grown might be his own wallet and none of the Karen had benefited from his intentions. <\/em><\/strong>In contradictory, there is a lack of trust in foreigners for development, there are no jobs created, several people still getting money from Nigel Grier to today.
